I am glad you have stopped in to visit  my website and hope that you will find it helpful.  I want everyone to understand that search and reunion is not just about the search, and finding  the location of someone you are looking for, that is only a part of what your goal should really be.  The other part is to  handle first contact in a caring, responsible way so that a successful reunion can be the outcome.  For  many of you this  has already been,  or can be  a long emotional search.  Search requires dedication, and a strong heart, it needs to be something you really want. In many cases it is not an easy task, as many of you have already learned. 

                                                                                                                                                      I am a reunited adoptee,  with vast experience in search and reunion issues.  Over the last few years I have assisted thousands of  birthfamilies and adoptees.  I am here to accompany you on your journey. I will assist and guide you  in your search. I will also talk with you  and support you, through this emotional experience.  There are many reactions in first contact, from a quick welcome of a call, to weeks of communication to help someone through the fear and other issues they are experiencing.   Each person has to decide for themselves the method in which they feel comfortable, when a location of the individual they have searched for has been made.  They may choose to make first contact themselves,  or to have an experienced individual do that for them.  This is a subject that we can  discuss throughout the search process.
